Translation and text coding
As a wrote in previous posts, I’m very disappointed by Siri’s dictation feature. It doesn’t work well in English language, but it’s a complete nightmare in other languages (I am German, but speak French, too). Just in case someone has a solution, I tried various tricks I heard like resetting the word database. Nothing helped so far.
There are two more things that are really annoying, and maybe someone has a solution.
Please have a look at the screenshot. This is what happens when I use Pages and ask my iPhone to translate the text. It complains that the text has more than 10,000 characters, but the same result is shown when I just translate 100 characters. This is completely useless. Is there anything I can do about it?
If a copy and paste text from, let’s say, ChatGPT into Pages on my iPhone all special characters are not properly used. Of course, it’s a coding problem, but pages should easily be able to fix this without any intervention.

“Ein weiteres Problem mit High-Tech-Geräten ist, dass Sie sie bei sich haben müssen, damit sie überhaupt nützlich sind. Smartphones, Smartwatches, Tablets und Laptops müssen genau dort verfügbar sein, wo Sie Aufgaben erledigen wollen – am sogenannten „Point of Performance“. This is how it looks in Pages when adjust paste it:
